Delete Your Moonrise for Shops Account
Moonrise Ltd. ("Moonrise for Shops") allows you to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to legal@ordermoonrise.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your Moonrise for Shops account
- We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation
What Data Is Deleted
- Your Moonrise account and login credentials
- Profile information (name, email, phone)
What Data Is Retained
- Square account - Managed separately at squareup.com
- Transaction records in Square - Required for tax/legal compliance
- Anonymized analytics - Cannot be linked back to you
We may retain limited data as required by law (e.g., tax records) for up to 7 years.
